Terms & Conditions of Service

Guidelines.

Please have all photo references ready, pose included if possible. Upload them to the Commission Request Form after filling it out. I do not take written descriptions in order to avoid miscommunication.If I accept your inquiry, I will contact you via email or discord with a quote. Payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. I work with PayPal invoices, but can discuss ko-fi, cashapp, or venmo.Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee commission acceptance.If your commission request is accepted, it will be added to a waitlist on trello, where you may check for updates. Once it is your turn, you will be contacted!Once your sketch(es) is completed, I will send it to you for review and make minor adjustments as requested. This does not go for chibis. You are allowed up to 3 minor changes before additional 20% charges. Major changes are an additional 30% charge each. Restarting the sketch is an additional 50% charge, due before I restart.Once the sketch is approved, I will finish your commission once I reach it in my queue.Once your order is completed, I will upload to the file on Google Docs and provide the link to a personal folder. If requested, I can also send the finished commission to your email. You will receive a watermarked version of your commission, and a version with a less noticeable watermark. You may not remove my watermark.Turnaround time may vary depending on delays. Any delays shall be announced publicly via twitter, however, commissions will always be worked on as fast as I can.

Ordering.

Order Process
Please fill out the form provided in commission announcements. These are NOT first-come-first-serve. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee commission acceptance.I will communicate through the method of contact that you provided on the form (email or discord).Rush orders are prioritized over regular orders but at an additional 50% of the total cost of the order, as it delays work on others’ commissions.Clients must provide clear photo references of everything requested in the commission, and upload them within the form.I do not accept written descriptions, as it can interfere with the accuracy of the commission.

Payment.

CurrencyAll prices are listed in USD.Payments, Payment Plans, and RefundsPayment must be made 100% upfront via PayPal invoice within 24 hours of reception, unless otherwise discussed.Other payment methods may be used upon request (kofi, cashapp, venmo, etc.)There is a 10% Equipment Fee for most commissions- this helps me directly pay for all the equipment used on the commission, including product subscriptions.Payment PlansI do not accept payment plans on orders under $150 USD, unless discussed otherwise.I can only accept payment plans in 50/50 increments on orders $150 USD or more.Payments must be made weekly or bu-weekly in agreed installments.If a payment plan is agreed to on orders of $200 USD, 25% payment of the total cost of the item must be made upon receipt of the invoice as a Holding Fee. This Holding Fee counts towards the total payment. If the remaining of the payment is not made within 7-14 business days of the initial payment, you lose the hold and will not be eligible for a refund of the fee in order to accommodate for the time spent holding.If there is a failure to pay with no communication, an attempt of communication will be made before the loss of hold. Failure to respond to a follow-up within 24 hours will result in the loss of hold on the product and will not be eligible for a refund.If you for whatever reason file a chargeback, despite whether or not you have read my TOS, you will be blacklisted from further commissions or product purchases.Blocking before payment has been completed will result in the loss of rights to the commission/product, and you will be blacklisted from future commission or product purchases.Block evading in order to access my commissions/products will result in being placed on a public blacklist.Refund PolicyCurrently I cannot accept refunds due to living situation. Upon commissioning, you agree to this policy.However, this is subject to change!Additional FeesThere is a minimum 25%+ fee for complex designs. The percentage is based on the complexity.There is a 50% rush fee that bumps your order to the top of queue.There is a 100% lemon🔞 fee.There is a 10% Equipment Fee- this helps me directly pay for all the equipment used on the commission, including product subscriptions.

Process and Communication.

Once payment is received, you will be put in a trello queue and given the link where you can check for progress regularly. You will receive an invoice via PayPal, unless Payment method is discussed and agreed to be via other accepted payment methods.If you want more regular updates, it is your responsibility to contact me, but please check the queue before reaching out. Please use my contact email or discord!All revisions must be noted when I send you the initial sketch. There is a maximum of 3 minor revisions before there is a 20% charge per revision.If you want me to restart the sketch, it will be a 50% additional charge due before the sketch is redone.If you want to restart the piece after I have started lining, you will be required to pay for an additional commission at 80% of the same price.Please note this does not apply for additional art offered for premade adoptables with no extra charge! As it is additional art, it may take longer, and will be done between commissions.Updates
Commissions will be updated as I go via trello, meaning you can live track what process your piece is in!

Rush orders, Deadlines, and Delays.

I accept deadlines and rush orders, however it may require you to pay rush fee of 50%-80% of the cost of the commission depending on the deadline date and real life happenings, as I will be working late/extra hours outside of my work hours to compensate. NOT ALL deadlines require a fee, however all rush orders do.Rush orders bump your order to the top in the queue and will be the first one completed.Commissions by default have no immediate deadline unless it was discussed before payment, and will be done as fast as I am able depending on circumstances. If you would like to add a deadline for your commission after you have paid, a rush order fee may be required depending on circumstances.Please be aware that the turnaround time for your commission may be anywhere from a few days to a few weeks or more depending on in-person circumstances. As I am a single mom to a disabled child and am myself disabled and care for my mom, delays due to illness or emergencies can occur. However, it will be completed as soon as possible, and I will announce delays via twitter, or will contact you directly!If a delay results in a missed deadline that required a rush fee, the rush fee will be refunded as soon as possible.

Rights and Permissions - Commissions

Personal Use
Personal use (printing your commission out to display in your home, using for stickers for yourself, posting on socials with credit) is allowed! Credit does not need to be written as long as my watermark is visible in the piece.Monetized Use
Monetized use is allowed as long as there is written credit somewhere available for users (ie on the credits page of a twitch profile).Commercial Use

Editing is not permitted and must be made by me, with a fee- I keep all original files as both .CSP and .PNG.AI/NFT
Ai training and using any art of mine is not permitted in any way shape or form, for any reason. Using any of my art for AI training or NFT's in any form will result in a blacklist, and may result in a DMCA takedown claim.

Blacklist.

The purpose of this blacklist is not to start drama, which will not be entertained, but to set boundaries involving people I simply do not vibe with, or people that have done something heinous.Blacklisted individuals may not use or purchase any premade pieces, bases, etc.Individuals may not purchase premade pieces or commissions for those on the list, or they will be added to the blacklist. Bases bought and used by blacklisted individuals will have a DMCA takedown filed against them.Thank you!
